At this point, perhaps the only way to tie Tsarnaev to the triple murder definitively is to get DNA from the victims' bodies and DNA from Tarnaev's body and see if any of Tzarnaev's DNA is found with the any of the victims' bodies.

Thanks to Pam Geller for pointing out that all three victims were Jewish, a fact not mentioned in earlier media reports. That would certainly be a motivation for an Islamic terrorist on 9/11.
