Certainly, the Feds had a record of interviewing the older brother. Wouldn’t you pull all such records within say 60-90 miles and cross reference with state driver’s license photo’s. I mean, if you had 9,000 law enforcement officers, wouldn’t you spare 5-10 to run that down quickly? Or, are these agencies still protecting their data. I mean, we would never have known the FBI interviewed the older brother had the Aunt not blurted it out. Or, we’d know much later when tempers had cooled.
Sorry....Makes me even more suspicious of a sting gone bad.
