>>>So What? I’m a die-hard birther and I agree with Col. West. Obama’s eligibility has been investigated for the last 7 years.

Me too. Want to make him look even more sympathetic? Unfortunately nobody cares and that lack of caring will backfire into sympathy. That is the sad, cold truth.

Those here who think it will achieve anything are the same ones that thought Obama would lose by 20. They are not living in the [sad] real world...but on an island.

EVERYONE that is or has been in government knows the truth and does NOT want it investigated because they know that what they would find would destroy what little is left of the USA... but what they don’t factor in is that we are already toast. It is just a matter of time now. Unless something drastically changes... and who sees any evidence of that kind of change... our economy will implode and with it our government.

I agree with you. I think the fake identity is at the core of all of this.

According to the court, it means anyone born in the USA who is here “in amity” with the government, except for kids of ambassadors. Children born to an invading army don’t qualify, and arguably kids of illegal aliens would not (being the modern equivalent of kids born to an invading army). Historically, kids of slaves didn’t qualify, and members of Indian tribes did not.

Someone challenging Obama’s eligibility could try arguing that since his father was here on a student visa, he wasn’t domiciled here and thus didn’t fall under the description used in WKA. I don’t think the court would buy it, but it seems to be a valid, reasonable statement.

Zullo and Gallups were disappointed that West shied away from going public to support “VIPs” willing to declare that they believe Barry’s BC was forged.

I am disappointed, too, but I don’t blame West. West is not an AG, LEO or constitutional attorney. They have to go first in stepping forward to denounce Barry’s BC because a military man like West would have to rely on their judgment. A military man cannot be viewed as a primary authority on the authenticity or legality of the BC.
