Shameless Liar Obama Says Newtown Killer Used “Fully Automatic Weapon”

Barack Obama was up to his old tricks last night while speaking to supporters in San Francisco. The president said the Newtown shooter used a “fully automatic weapon” in his attack at Sandy Hook school.

Adam Lanza used a Bushmaster rifle (not an automatic) and carried a handgun with him that he used to shoot himself.

The Weekly Standard Blog reported:

At a fundraiser last night in San Francisco, President Barack Obama said that the Newtown killer gunned down 20 children using a “fully automatic weapon.”(continued)

Honestly, why is anyone torqued that Obama lies? The ability to tell bald-faced lies into a live television camera is pretty much a prerequisite for any politician nowadays, particularly Democrat politicians.

After all, that was the secret to Bill Clinton’s success. Hillary’s not nearly as good at it as Bill was, which is the reason for her “success” as well.

Oh, well, then the problem’s solved. Let’s just repeal all the laws regarding fully automatic weapons, re-enact them, and everybody take credit for “making us all safe”. That’s a proposal almost everyone can get behind.
