Yes, and you're wrong. I've tried to get you to see why you're wrong by pointing out some of the implications of your position--e.g., that all white persons born in Virginia had to go swear a loyalty oath at some point--but you've ducked all my questions, instead choosing to hide behind snarky comments about semicolons and "basic English."
