Palin may have something on why Obama's buying up so much ammo: She was right on "death panels"
The Beaufort Observer ^ | March 5, 2013 | The Editors

Once again we think, Sarah Palin has hit the nail on the head. The fact is the Federal Government has in recent months stockpiled an enormous amount of ammunition. Much more than has ever been used in the past and much more than could ever be conceivably used in ordinary circumstances. So why are they doing it?

Many people, including the Zombie Obama supporters just ignore the question. Congress ignores it and the Obama Administration refuses to explain their actions.

But it goes without saying that there is a reason. And we just think Palin has as good an explanation as anyone we've heard. She writes, on her Facebook page that she believes that the government is preparing for expected civil unrest when the economy collapses. We agree.

But we think it is even worse that the government preparing for the worst. We have a gnawing suspicion that Obama and his top minions are simply preparing to survive what they plan on causing. There are too many unexplainable actions by the Obama Administration to weaken America and destroy the essence of what has made this country great. We think Obama despises American exceptionalism and he has been determined for years to "cut America down to size."

Moreover, we think there are millions of people in this country who have no clue about what Obama is doing to America. They are too self-absorbed to care. But Obama knows that when the house of cards collapses they will react and it will not likely be to congratulate him. So he needs protection. That is why he has ordered the stockpiling of so much ammunition.

Maybe they have figured if they can’t take our guns, they can take our ammo, making our guns useless?

Hoping I’m not giving them any ideas.............LOL!

Nope, wrong again. There are truncated cone loads that duplicate the ballistics of HP ammo. It is sold by the ammo makers as practice rounds for about 40% less cost than the HP duty rounds. No department with a budget buys only the pricey stuff.

prove it

I was in the security police in the air force AND worked for local police agencies when I got out, so I have done plenty of practice shooting. We never used expensive ammo, and certainly not hollow points for PRACTICE

Tell me how you know better?

I don’t think most of the morons who worship Hussein will ever wake up to what he’s doing, even when the house of cards collapses.

Palin is off the mark.

Since Heller & McDonald, the only way for this administration to implement gun control is to drive up the price of guns & ammo by using taxpayer dollars.

It is extremely successful, and the next target will be food.

And he knows that Americans, by and large, are too absorbed with their bread and circuses to care.

Yes, that is a problem. Sometimes when I'm doing some traveling by car, I am amazed at the number of radio stations that feature sports talk shows. Their country is in danger of disintegrating and these idiots are talking about sports teams and players.

Those who put little barry abstard boy in power have told their servants to prepare for the date certain when the collapse starts. This tells the vermin rulers that resupply will be impossible once the collapse arrives, so they buy what they think they will need to protect the oligarchs as we the people die off in the millions due to starvation, chaos, murder, and mayhem. The oligarchs already have their refuges arranged and stocked, and ammo was one of the supplies they required.

Yep, brainwashed children will do what he asks.

BUT.

There are some seasoned vets coming home. There are many angry old farts who have plenty of experience.

Their task will not be a cake walk.

And we the people have also done some guns and ammo purchasing. Read today that this is the 4th straight month of over 2 million backgound checks by FBI. The shelves in the stores are pretty bare of ammo. Reloading supplies have become scarce. No one told the public to do that, they sense it is needed.

DC POLs know it. You would think they would move away. The Commie Dems are trying to charge full ahead. Will they hit the wall? Will the wall hold?

We shall see.

Cloward-Piven—overwhelm and collapse the system, create chaos and violence, and then come in and remake the system according to your desires. Pure Alinsky. That’s been Obama’s plan all along.

From discoverthenetworks.org:

First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and his wife Frances Fox Piven (both longtime members of the Democratic Socialists of America, where Piven today is an honorary chair), the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles (which erupted after police had used batons to subdue a black man suspected of drunk driving), Cloward and Piven published an article titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation. Following its publication, The Nation sold an unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called “crisis strategy” or “Cloward-Piven Strategy,” as it came to be called. Many were eager to put it into effect.

In their 1966 article, Cloward and Piven charged that the ruling classes used welfare to weaken the poor; that by providing a social safety net, the rich doused the fires of rebellion. Poor people can advance only when “the rest of society is afraid of them,” Cloward told The New York Times on September 27, 1970. Rather than placating the poor with government hand-outs, wrote Cloward and Piven, activists should work to sabotage and destroy the welfare system; the collapse of the welfare state would ignite a political and financial crisis that would rock the nation; poor people would rise in revolt; only then would “the rest of society” accept their demands.

The key to sparking this rebellion would be to expose the inadequacy of the welfare state. Cloward-Piven’s early promoters cited radical organizer Saul Alinsky as their inspiration. “Make the enemy live up to their (sic) own book of rules,” Alinsky wrote in his 1972 book Rules for Radicals. When pressed to honor every word of every law and statute, every Judaeo-Christian moral tenet, and every implicit promise of the liberal social contract, human agencies inevitably fall short. The system’s failure to “live up” to its rule book can then be used to discredit it altogether, and to replace the capitalist “rule book” with a socialist one.

Bought 3 more pounds of powder today and some primers.

Shipment just came today to nearby gun supplier. He even had an AR type weapon that arrived today, one of my friends was handling it when I arrived at the store. Suspect he bought it after I left.

I don’t shoot exotic rifles but what I shoot has a bit more energy than the .223 rifles the press is so afraid of.

"“They” are having a hell of a time trying to take our guns. What’s the next best thing? Take our ammo........"

They have bought enormous amounts of ammo and weapons and are now effectively preventing citizens from buying ammo. The following is an email I posted here a few days ago that I received from a company where I ordered 2 extra clips from for my 9mm handgun.

You are receiving this email because you have signed up for this newsletter on our website. To our valued customers, an apology, an explanation, and a request for your help in righting a wrong by a large credit card processing company!! First, we apologize for the delays in processing and in refunds from the credit card processor which have occurred recently! Second, we want to provide you with this explanation: As you know, our industry has experienced a large spike in demand over the last several months following President Obama’s threats to reduce your ability to purchase firearms. This sudden, dramatic increase in orders is challenging our ability to provide timely processing of your order. As with many other businesses, we use a “credit processor” to handle all credit card transactions placed through our website. Payments made through our website go through this credit card processor before eventually coming to us. Also, refunds for purchases also must pass through this processor. Until recently, our online credit card processor was First Data. Without notice to us, our credit card processor First Data, began withholding all monies from customers' financial transactions. Even worse, they are refusing to release outgoing refunds to customers. Even though your credit was charged, our company HAS NOT RECEIVED the money! When we disputed their retention of funds, First Data stated that they were freezing all funds in process due to the spike in demand and the “high risk” nature of our business. (That sounds “fishy” to us, how about you”) This means that for all purchases, and more importantly, customer refunds, First Data has refused to release any funds. We believe that First Data has breached its agreement with us. We hired a law firm in Phoenix in the hopes of resolving these issues as quickly as possible. We have repeatedly requested and demanded that First Data to release any and all funds for customers who have requested refunds. We have expressly informed First Data that we make no claims to funds of any customer who has filed a good faith request for refund. Despite this, First Data has informed us that they may hold the funds owed as refunds to our customers for six (6) months or more. Third, please help us get you your refund from First Data and right this wrong! While we will continue to attempt to get First Data to release those funds immediately, we encourage all customers owed refunds to contact First Data directly by themselves or through an attorney:

FIRST DATA 5565 Glenridge Connector NE, Suite 2000 Atlanta, GA 30342 Email: legalpapers@firstdata.com Web: www.FirstData.com Phone: 1-866-382-8643

Due to First Data’s actions, it is impossible at this time for PCO Intl to provide an accurate shipment date for outstanding orders. We are working overtime to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. We are doing our best to process orders as quickly as possible and to fills all refund requests as they come in For questions concerning your account, please feel free to contact our customer service staff either by phone (623-386-7261) or by email info@personalchoiceoutfitters.com. Please remember that our staff is currently working at full capacity attempting to keep up with the unusually high current demand. Please be patient as you await a response to your inquiry. We appreciate your business. Sincerely, Personal Choice Outfitters International, LLC

Obama has a ready made group of thugs — narco street gangs. He will actively recruit them, put them in DHS uniforms, arm them, and turn them loose on Americans.

I hope this is the final straw that causes the U.S. military to clean house on the DC swamp or side with the local LEOs and patriots who will resist Emperor Obama.
