There are two ways to get mainstream media attention:
1) A House Of Representatives Committee holding a congressional investigation with subpoenas for big name witnesses. The most recent example is Fast and Furious leading to the censure of Eric Holder. The mainstream media loves to see folks raising their hands and swearing to tell the truth with the threat of perjury hanging over their heads. And every once in a while somebody cracks and actually spills the beans when put under that kind of pressure.
2) A Grand Jury investigation with the possibility of criminal indictments being handed down. Every presidential scandal going back to the Grant administration in the 1870s had a grand jury. In recent times think Watergate leading to a president’s resignation, Iran Contra leading to the conviction of the Secretary of Defense, Whitewater, Paula Jones/Monica Lewinsky leading to the impeachment of a president and Scooter Libby/CIA Leaks leading to the conviction of a top aide. Grand jury investigations get major network coverage while civil lawsuits that are often dismissed on pre-trial motions, not so much.
Usurper-gate has had no congressional investigations and no criminal grand jury investigations even though felonies are alleged. Sheriff Arpaio and Mike Zullo need to turn over whatever evidence they have to the Maricopa County Attorney. That should have happened months before the election. Even the beginning of a grand jury probe would have put “no drama Obama” under a criminal investigation cloud.

There is a problem between Arpaio and the county attorney, Bill Montgomery, is seems. Montgomery may have been on the verge of acting in December but then backed out. Hard to say.
Montgomery is GOP and a West Point grad who served out the last two years of a prior county attorney and was just reelected in his own right.
It would be extremely bold for any newbie to try to expose POTUS for fraud right out of the box. But we don’t yet know where the crime was committed that Zullo’s evidence supposedly proves.
And for those birthers who've had their chain yanked one too many times, the reason this hasn't occurred is becoming increasingly, painstakingly clear...
