maybe..the problem here is, Petraeus is now in a trick bag.
The focus will be: if he knew immediately, and he knew the terrorist point was removed, why did he parrot the WH bs in the beginning ?

They'll forget about trying trying to find out who removed\ordered the removal of the terrorist aspect from the original talking point.

Which means the WH also hung Susan Rice out to dry...and she is getting hammered for it.

Reminds me of when the allegations against Clinton first surfaced, Cabinet heads, Albright,Shalala,Daley stood before television cameras in the White House driveway and said they believed the charges were false — based on what Clinton had just told them.
