I have no idea what it means. But if you look at each county report you’ll find that number and its over 100% but scroll down and you’ll find the actual vote count number which will be less than 100%.
Can anyone explain the 141% turnout on the first page here in light of the actual vote count on 3rd and 4th pages which indicates about a 70% turnout???
