It may end like that but I doubt it. Too many variables. MAy start out like something similar but you have no idea of what singularities will occur that could totally change the direction of where events go.

Well, there are 4 key variables. SCOTUS, Congress, The Senate and the Presidency.
Once all 4 are run by a single entity, there isn’t anything anyone can do. Even without a filibuster proof Senate, the rules would be changed.
At that point anyone going up against the government can and would be brought up on charges of sedition. Add in the masses from the left and we are talking French Revolution.
I talk to lib friends and they say it would never happen. Yet they are the ones running around with the “Bush = Hitler signs.”
It is scary.
