Remember when I said Devil’s Advocate earlier? Again, who the hell knows what would have happened. I’ve saved lives before. I know when to press forward and fight, and when to fall back.
From my understanding of the situation, to do anything but run would be suicide. I would have been unprepared, alone, blind, and outgunned. I can’t save anyone else if I’m among the dead.
And is it really my fault for finding this place while looking up the shooting the other day?
You mean like Yorktown, Sugar Loaf Hill, Tarawa, ect...
"I would have been unprepared, alone, blind, and outgunned."
I've had to put up with a govm't that denied my 2nd Amendment rights most of my life. I doubt you'd have a problem suiting up in a SWAT costume and raiding my place in the middle of nap time for a pay check from some socialist gun grabbers. Some asshole raids a theatre with unarmed women and kids, starts killing them en masse and you not only don't have the tactical skills to take him down, you're on here badmouthing those that do and probably do and are spewing the grabber's propaganda about armed citizens being impotent and hazardous.
Your analysis of the situation sucks. The perp had a background of a wall and a screen. There was no one behind, or near him at any time and no one had to have been there to know that. As soon as the gas grenade went bouncing across the front of the theatre, or sooner, the perp should have been placed in the sights of a handgun and sent on his way to hell.
"I cant save anyone else if Im among the dead."
There's at least 3 that where there that did just that.
"I know when to press forward and fight, and when to fall back."
No you don't.
