You’d think my own question posted across a dozen ABO threads...”How can a conservative vote for a liberal without abandoning his conservatism/everything he or she believes in?” would be a simple one to answer.

But they would rather spend books worth of type justifying and ultimately hiding their closeted liberalism.

Because no conservative who actually believes in principle, morality, right and wrong could EVER vote for a liberal. If the founding fathers had the ABO attitude displayed by the so-called ‘conservatives’ on FR, we’d be singing “God Save the Queen” as our national anthem.
