"I knew nothing about Mexican history or anything. But just the idea of a privileged person fighting for the underdog - there's something very romantic about that," Hamill told OnTheRedCarpet.com. "I guess it goes back to Robin Hood. People that are fighting for the middle class and for the Have-Nots. It's something that we see even playing out in the presidential race." Now THAT... is about as thinly pretexted a seque as I've ever read. Mexicans, to Robin Hood, to Obama. He was DYING to make a political comment and came up with tortuous reference.

"And if you don't vote for Barack Obama, you're insane," he added. ''Cause without him, I think the middle class will completely disappear. And you look at Romney and I'm sure he's a nice guy, but I think he's like The Thing he only imitates human behavior. He's not actually human himself."Mr. Hamil, how much have you given to charity? And what about your hero Obama? And Romney? That said, who has done more for the poor?
Case closed.

The 60-year-old actor, I guess this means we're all getting old.
I could care less about his political opinion.

I don’t think that man is all there. He seems so excited that someone actually wanted to interview him that he comes across as juvenile.

I do not really care if Romney is human or not, he is still a liberal.
Luke Skywalker was a whiny little dweeb, I now understand why Mark Hamill got the part.

Bah. Wedge Antilles is the true hero of the Rebellion anyways.
A New Hope: Luke is about to get blown out of the sky over the Death Star - Wedge swoops in and saves his bacon (instead of his wingman, Biggs). In the trench, Wedge takes the hit for Luke, buying him enough time to get the key shot off.
The Empire Strikes Back: The Alliance needs time to escape Hoth. Luke has the big idea to use the harpoons on the legs of the advancing AT-ATs. Does Luke ever pull off this feat? NO. Luke gets his gunner killed. Wedge Antilles harpoons the lead AT-AT thereby buying the Alliance enough time to escape Hoth.
The Return of the Jedi: Luke lies on the floor whimpering, “Faaaaaaaaaather... heeeeeeeeelp...” Luke has little to no affect on whether or not the second Death Star will be destroyed. Meanwhile, Wedge Antilles and Lando Calrissian make a daring run into the bowels of the Death Star where WEDGE bravely takes out the power regulator on the north tower, thus ensuring the destruction of the Death Star regardless of Luke’s whiney bullcrap.
Case closed. Wedge = awesome. Luke = pansy.

Mark Hamill says Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is "not actually human" and that people who don't vote to re-elect Barack Obama in the upcoming November election are "insane." It's possible to grow old in vain.

What else could explain the mass stupidity in that part of the country?
The country is tilted and just about everything that isn't self-righting slides towards the Left Coast. (old observational joke.)

The 60-year-old actor, best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the original "Star Wars" films, made his remarks to OnTheRedCarpet.com at San Diego Comic-Con What better way to boost the credibility of one's political ramblings than to make them at Comic-Con, right?

...Mitt Romney is "not actually human"... Pretty much what I see around FR, depending on the topic.
