The constitution is the supreme law of the United States, not the Declaration of Independence.

The Declaration of Independence has had no legal power or authority since 1789.

When the politicians and bureaucrats treat the ‘supreme law of the land’ like so much toilet paper, that is the time Patriots revisit the Declaration. Those who block them fall into the category of TYRANT!
