Suisun Crime forum was at the Nelson Community Center, no where near Vallejo. In fact the city this guy lived in was not even in the City of Vallejo. In fact, this kind of crap happens everywhere nowadays.

I never said it occurred in Vallejo. I was responding to ScottinVa because we share the same hometown. It does not matter where in California this occurred, the entire state is a lost cause.
Lets hope that trend of the rats moving from here to your town continues!

Let me rephrase my question. Since you comment (negatively) about Texas with regularity, I’m asking you why. You seem to have a real beef with Texas.
When someone suggests CA is overrun with illegals, should we all remain silent and not mention the fact most of the country is and in fact the red state of Texas is crawling with illegals as they pander to them?

Appears to be retribution to me too. Authorities don’t like it because my friend points out that gov thugs are overpaid and don’t do much or any work for the public.
On what basis do you think that my friend accelerated pretty quickly after backing out? The front wheels are pointed away from the basket ball players when he went by and they continued to play basket ball after he left. The front of the body of the vehicle didn’t go up and the rear didn’t go down from acceleration, either.
I’m so sorry your friend is going through this. Thank God he has that video of him leaving the house to go to the meeting! He’s very fortunate to have it and he should put it in a bank vault.
It just looks like he covered a lot of ground quickly. It is hard to tell on this video. The angles are funny. I was asking just to see if anyone else had the same perception as I did.
The video definitely shows that the people made no attempt to clear the street.
