“It’s constitutional. Bitches.” This was the tweet sent out by Patrick Gaspard, the Executive Director of the Democratic National Committee and former Director of the Office of Political Affairs for the Obama administration, after learning of the Supreme Court’s ruling on Obamacare.
What else is new? Democrats have been directing foul-mouthed insults at their critics for decades.

Like the abortion fiasco, history will determine whether it actually stays and truly is constitutional.
At one time it was constitutiopnal to hold slave...tha one went down hard.
Another time it was constitutional to disallow the vote to women...that one's gone too.
There was a constitutional amendment nthat made it constitutional to prohibit the sale of Alcohol...that one didn't work out either.
I predict, 50 years from now, after I am dead and gone, and if my kids and grandkids still have a constitutional republic called the United States of America, that both abortion and mandates and penalty-taxes like this will not be constitutional and will, like those other ocurrances be viewed badly through the long lense of history.
Just like you and your progressive trash talk.

Real classy, just like his boss,they are all a bunch of classless people. They will do anything and say anything to promote their cause, socialism.
If we can get them to think that the best way to go "forward" is to "get rid of the conservatives", I think they would agree to a formal separation. Make them think it's their idea to do so and you're halfway there.
With people like these DNC staffers and their mindset, I'm sure they would love to be rid of us. I know I would be glad to be rid of them and their adolescent behavior.

Didn’t expect anything less from one of “Holder’s People”, or is that “Holder’s Peeps”.
We're Americans, we don't need leaders. What we need to do is take the lead at citizens.
If Tea Party patriots really want to stake this new central government power that Roberts created through the heart, then We The People need to put forward a Constitutional Amendment with a clause prohibiting mandated commerce and another clause prohibiting fines, fees, and taxation of non-activity.
We need one of FRs lawyer types to frame the language so that it is clearly understandable, and leaves no wiggle room for "interpretation".
We need to amass enough signatures so that the Anti-Indenture Amendment goes viral.
We will see if the American People really value their freedom and oppose obamneycare as much at the polls suggest.
And for all you mitt backers who keep claiming that you're going to somehow hold mitt's feet to the fire, this is the foolproof way to do it - mitt has to make passage of this Anti-Indenture part of his platform.
This vote by the SC should be a wake up call to all patriots. Its time to focus on what’s really important. Mitt can’t do it alone. We have to boot out the Democrats from Both the house and Senate—and out of the state houses, county government—out of the Media and Universities. They must be punished or they will become a new breed of Nobility to Lord over us—like the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. We have no choice. Chains or freedom. We can’t just watch—we lost that right the other day. We can’t depend upon the Constitution —they will slice and dice it to meet their needs. Ask yourself, what can I do to help return America to her greatness?
1. Join the Tea Party and March!
2. Boycott all media that supports Obama and the Progressives.
3. Get involved in local government and boot out the Progressive/Communists.
4. Work for the GOP with all your heart and soul.
5. Don’t send your children to be brain washed in Liberal colleges. They would be better off going to Russia!
6. Don’t look to 3rd Parties, Ron Paul, anything that divides the right.
7. Fly your American Flag! Don’t give in to anti-Christian movements and things that tear down America.
8. Don’t watch Movies or TV that demeans the USA. You know who they are!
9. Dismiss all forms of Racism—Black/White etc... We are Americans now! We all face a common foe that would rip from us our freedoms.
10. Dedicate your life to preserving what is good and true in this land. Go to a Farmer’s Market, visit a National Park, Tour a battlefield where Patriots fell. Remind yourself what it is to be American.
