This Roberts decision breathes new life into the grass roots movements like never seen before. This is just my opinion but I believe this decision moved November from a close election to a Romney landslide.

I agree, but unlike others, I think Justice Roberts intended his decision to shake us awake. It's not the Supreme Court's duty to fix Congressional mistakes, that's OUR job, and we have that chance every two years, or six, in the case of the Senate. If we don't like em, convince as many of our fellow citizens as possible to vote em out!

my turn to agree with you now. Even Rush thinks that Roberts screwed up but I’m not so sure. Usually Rush brings me up when I am down about things but today he was a depressed bummer. Love the guy but when he says he is always 98.7% right, well, to day was the other 1.3%.
