The law IS very simple: with very few exceptions, if you are born in the USA, you are a natural born citizen. You are also a 14th Amendment citizen. According the the US Supreme Court, the two encompass the exact same set of folks.

Those who qualify as a 14th Amendment citizen also qualify as a NBC, and the reverse. No additions, no subtractions - they are the same thing using different wording.

Of course. Absolutely.

Moreover, another way to state the matter is this:

To be a U. S. citizen, you either must be (a) born into citizenship; or (b) NATURALized.

Therefore, if a citizen did not need to be naturalized, he was born as “natural.”

Logic permits no other interpretation, and no competent court of jurisdiction is going to rule otherwise — no matter how much pseudo-legal verbiage is to be found in the briefs and blogs of Natural Born Crackpots like Sr. Apuzzo and Sr. Donofrio.
