Fred has given us a copy of a reprint; If that is indeed the article you are referring to, it is an Associated Press article. It is not from Time magazine. Hence, there is no Time magazine cover. This cover you are seeing in your mind's eye is something that was invented by your imagination and that you have now confused with reality. You may want to check your other premises to see if you are confusing other things from your imagination with things from reality.

I identified Fred's quote as the wire story. The magazine article is a more extensive interview which is also reported in a Harvard daily publication.

No, at this stage I am not really interested in going over research production with you--you are free to believe anything you like.

Timing of his trip to Indonesia is an important fact. In this interview, he says he went at age two which would be 1963 which is coincidentally when Stanley stopped being an Au Pair and started college at U of Hawaii.

So you take Rick Anderson's testimony that there was no baby with Anna on Capital Hill in 1961 and Barry's testimony that he went to Indonesia leaving Stanley in school in Hawaii--Stanley really doesn't look like the mother.

That is why his political advocates would like to eliminate those two facts because together, they are pretty clear testimony that Stanley was not his real mother. It isn't credible to believe that she was his mother under those circumstances.

The magazine article is

There is no Time magazine article. You are confusing something from your imagination with reality.

That is what the reporter says. We don't know exactly what Barry said to the reporter. Or if what he said was true.

when Stanley ... started college at U of Hawaii.

False. Stanley Ann started at U Hawaii in 1960 and then returned in 1963, according to U Hawaii records.

Rick Anderson's testimony that there was no baby with Anna on Capital Hill in 1961

Could you provide a cite to "Rick Anderson's testimony"? (Or is this strictly from your imagination along with the "Time magazine article"?)

Barry's testimony that he went to Indonesia leaving Stanley in school in Hawaii

There is no such testimony. Barry has never provided any testimony that he left Stanley Ann behind in Hawaii when he was Indonesia. He has always maintained they went to Indonesia together.
