No one ever complains about the horse abuse at racetracks.
Often horses barely 3 years old who aren’t fast enough are sent right from the track to the slaughterhouse. These young animals have soft bones broken all the time and since it’s considered impossible to repair a horse’s broken leg, they’re put down and put in a dog food can.
But that’s fine. No one objects.
Dustin Hoffman was PO’d that his show Luck was cancelled just because 3 horses died on the set. What a stinking load of manure he is.
But we have to cry over a snail darter.
