I’ve heard that if you eat yogurt with live cultures or take acidophilus regularly you won’t get a stomach flu. Don’t know if that’s true but it makes sense.

Thanks. It wasn’t stomach flu. It was plain old, break your bones, cough your lungs up, feverish, feel like you are dieing, flu. lol
