"Will the plaintiff's attorney's be able to do this?"

Yes, it is already in Hatfields case.

"Is Obama really in grave danger of losing this case based on Minor v. Happersett?"

Yes again. The only way Obama can get out of the definition of Natural Born Citizen (NBC is a person born to two parents who are citizens and born in the USA) is if he can prove his father was an American. The only way he can do that is to disavow Barack Obama Sr. and then prove who his father is. I don't see that arrogant arse doing THAT.

"Would he be able to appeal?"

I fully expect Obama to appeal a ruling against him. Furthermore, the Judge can tell the SOS of Georgia to take him off, but I am not sure that they HAVE to. In which case it will get the SOS of Georgia sued.

"Is this the beginning of the avalanche?"

I certainly HOPE it is! There are other states with ballot challenge lawsuits going on, Georgia would set a precedent, and oh BOY if ONE state disqualifies him... OMG its the end for Obama.

Oh, Danae.

If the judge rules against Obama, there is no way the Democratic Party can bury this. This will be news that the MSM cannot hide.

This will become part of the Republican debates.

Citizens will be talking about this at Starbucks and at the Post Office.

The Democratic voters of Georgia will be howling.

I will be dancing!

It will take awhile for Atlanta to wake up, but once the inner city realizes that Obama isn’t on the ballot there will be riots.

Then I will be worried. Obama wants to incite friction and anger between the races. I’m sure of it.
