There is always a flaw. Like walking across a field after a new blanket of snow, every crime leaves footprints. And often it is some small detail the criminal never even thought of. The fake CBS/TANG memos were exposed because the perpetrator didn’t realize that the typeface used (with the ‘th’ superscript) was rarely used in the early ‘70’s, and then only by specially trained typists. It was a huge red flag. A forger here, would have to worry about paper, ink, embossed seals, aging factors, bleed rates of ink, and probably a dozen other variables that are hard to control. A tall order. Plus people talk.

That kind of forensic analysis only happens if the original is submitted for forensic analysis though. Hawaii is saying that it doesn’t have to honor GA subpoenas. They will never let anybody see the actual original unless every option to say “no” is exhausted and somebody has the balls to make the law stick.

That’s the challenge, because we already know lots of laws that they’re breaking but can’t get any judge or law enforcement to make the laws stick. That’s why this is so very, very much bigger than just Obama himself.
