In a vote between Romney and Paul?

I’d have to think about that one.

A long time.

Then....get REALLY (I mean seriously) drunk.....and probably vote for Paul.

Because there exists no way in HELL I EVER vote for Mitt GD ROMNEY!

I tell you — if all of this BS doesn’t stop, from the primaries to the general —then I’ll be voting for PAUL — and only Paul.

I’m sick of them ALL. Sick of dems, sick of RINOS, sick of the GOP and ineptitude ...sick of the third party criers ...

We’d end up with Paul and a conservative congress ...there could be far worse situations than that.

Maybe it’s just the cookie dough talking ...but I’m thoroughly disgusted by this revelation this morning.

As long as you’re spouting crap and nonesense, allow me...

I’d vote for Barack Obama before I’d vote for Ron Paul.

I would.

I will not vote the commie, mittens....NEVER. You hear that you GOP Elite a$$-clowns? NEVER!!
As bad as I hate to type this words: I would vote for Ron Paul a hundred times over before I would EVER cast a ballot for mittens. At least he has some resemblence of love for his country. And if you stupid clowns think I’ll vote for mittens over odongo, you might want to reconsider your stategy.
IF this is proven to be the conspiracy that everyone thinks it might be, we definitely should have started working on a 3rd party months and months ago with really STRONG candidates. The Rs and the Ds have morphed into the same smelly puddle of puke.

And don’t forget number 5, which was caucus fraud to steal the nomination from Hillary Clinton. I should write an article about what I witnessed in 2008. I’ve never seen anything like it ... ever.

It was more than talk. I lived it, witnessed it personally, filed an affidavit about it. It was unbelievable thuggery.

"I never imagined that I would be forced to vote for Romney or Paul (no write-in votes for primaries in VA), depending on which one could strategically help a candidate that I do support. Bazarro World.

Why would you be inclined to vote for either? Obama will very likely get 4 more years.......unless Sarah jumps-in at the last minute. (doubt it). Romney or Paul???? NO WAY. We'll just need to firm-up the House and Senate.

No, WRONG newbie Troll, Paul or Romneytard!

RIDICULOUS VIRGINIA Primary election red tape......MEGA FAIL!

Newt and Perry did what they needed to do in good faith. Virginia is out of line and way over the top of reasonable logic. (As are you)

As several others have pointed out, maybe Newt is an incompetent leader after all. This criticism has come from a number who served with him in Congress. Yes, it may be sour grapes or payback, but maybe he is more talk than results. I’m not one to see a conspiracy behind this as much as Newt having a sense of entitlement - “I will be the GOP nominee!” This may just be poor leadership.

And as for all of you who will never vote for Romney against Obama, you lose any right to complain if we get four more years of this travesty. Do you really want Obama appointing judges to the courts for another term? The Obama legacy will be with us for decades if we don’t deny him another term. I say, anybody but Obama, even if I have to hold my nose and vote for Romney.

I’d vote for Barack Obama before I’d vote for Ron Paul.

I can't say I'm surprised. That seems to be a common feeling around here these days.

Which is pretty sad, even considering Ron Paul's shortcomings.

Ron Paul, at least, is not a communist.

After learning about Virginia’s difficult system of signature gathering, I cannot fault anyone for failing to get enough signatures. The 10,000/400 requirement makes it almost impossible when 6 candidates are vying for signatures. For more on this read the following:

Just use the Wisconsin recall signature rules, and everybody is in.

VA’s primary is part of Super Tuesday, so it’s not a stand alone primary. I anticipate challenges by Perry and Gingrich. SOON.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That’s a good question. But, Republican appointees from Reagan and both Bushes have stabbed conservatives in the back just as democrat judges have. Every court from the Districts to the Circuits to the Supreme is infested with liberals. I’m afraid it makes no difference who the president is when it comes to judicial nominees.
IMHO, being President is and should be difficult. If you're not up for the challenge of collecting 10,000 signatures then maybe you're not up for the job (or didn't really want it in the first place).
Ouch! What a very sick thread to read over my first cup this morning.
I don’t care how it’s cut, this is a bad and potentially fatal turn of events.
Who in the hell are the people that were responsible for collecting the signatures? Were some of them working operatives for the other side, Romney, Paul, Obama? Such a scam would not be that difficult to pull off.
Real supporters for Newt would have gotten the proper signatures. I smell corruption.
Not good.........just damn.
