If updating the Texas highway system (which anyone on 35 will say needs it), adding a new vaccine for children, of which there are already 12 required, and giving a speech at a mosque groundbreaking are the worst things he has done in 10 years as governor, Id say thats pretty damn good. If you include the Texas DREAM Act, which most anti-Perry people do while leaving out the actual language of the bill, then thats four negatives in 10 years. About one every 2 1/2. About the same ratio as a former governor who set up windfall oil taxes.
