What happened to him to turn into a pissy pants??? Did someone hurt his wittle feewings?
Apparently, Palin decided not to accept his unsolicited advice. This, for some reason, has apparently made him go a bit "ape".
So, despite having some potentially valid points (none of which is particularly new, though), he marginalizes himself because of his "it's all about me" attitude regarding the whole thing.
