I thought the video described her as FORMER congresswoman...
Correct direct democracy is not a code word for socialism. It would be however the most direct path to the law of the jungle in this country & that is why the founders who had a excellent understanding of human nature made the nation a Republic.
The passions & hatreds in this nation would be turned loose on each other with a fury that would make the Civil war look tame.
That is not socialism, that is the law of the jungle . It is way different from socialism but equally unpleasant to experience.
