Now that you found a good doctor, things will get better, even if the improvement is slow, but as long as it’s going in the right direction, that’s the main thing.
I did a quick search — maybe you already know, if not, ask your doctor about “glutathione therapy, which reportedly is very helpful.

And GABA(an amino acid),Holy Basil leaf or
St. John’s Wort for depression and anxiety.
