Well, you may be right about his reasons for drawing this out...but there may be another one: they keep it going through the 2012 election (that is, before Trump forced his hand), and hope that his Republican challenger is forced to take a stand on it that might be seen as siding with the birthers (even a little bit), and then the birth certificate comes out and the rug is pulled from the Republican.

I believe the reference to Joe the Plumber, is a way of daring the Media to go after Doctor Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D. the same way they immediately sent hordes of researchers into every aspect of Joe the Plumber's life, and then blew up every potential trouble and mistake in Joe's history into a giant dust storm in a attempt to remove every good feeling the public might have about him as Joe the Plumber, plain old fellow citizen.

Page 6...Rule 26(c)(1) authorizes the Court to enter a protective order to protect a party "from annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, or undue burden or expense," including an order forbidding the discovery or specifying terms of discovery.

That seems to be where it all came from. Sorry about finding it in the reverse order.

No, you are incorrect. It is 100% impossible for what you said to do the laying the way this is layerer.

I know what you are talking about- but that does not apply to the ‘layers’ in this specific document- have you seen the video of someone moving the text around?

I would not be done like that with the method you describe.

Not impossible at all. As an example, let’s take the old COLB from Snopes:

This is an ordinary JPG image; no layers, no text, just pixels. I made an MRC-compressed PDF out of this, and opened it in Inkscape. Here is a screenshot:

See? We can move the text layer around just fine.

I see only two possibilities here:

1. The first and most likely is that the documents made public so far, are forgeries.

2. Or, someone is intentionally trying to create controversy by altering the original documents made public and limiting access to them and other documents that would offer verification of their authenticity.

In either scenario, Obama is neck deep along with his minions and authorities in Hawaii. Alvin Onaka and Chiyome Funkino should use EXTREME caution when crossing the street!
