Well, if its a democrat or liberal cause that will be damaged as a consequence, they simply will not. They may report the story once or twice, but no drip, drip, drip of stories ala watergate or iran contra = no scandal.
As a result I believe the democrat party has never been more corrupt - they know they have a free pass.
It doesn't really matter whether it's a Democrat or not. As you note, it's the liberal causes that they are championing.
For example, the MSM was pretty quiet about GWB opening up the US banking and housing market to Mexican illegal aliens.
They were also equally quiet when he signed the Social Security Totalization Agreement with Mexico that would allow Mexican illegal aliens to apply for, and receive US Social Security benefits for the time they worked here illegally.
Our so called conservative outlet Fox News follows right in line on this too. They get their lead straight from the State Run Media. If they are the powerful news organization they say they are it's time they start leading instead of following.
That’s clear evidence that they’re not reliable sources of news. They’re highly selective in what they consider news.
We, as part of the public, just have to deal with it in the best way we can.
