0b0z0 couldn’t have made it without the Klintoons’ acquiescence in the primaries. I always thought they were threatened with Black riots and voting Republican resulting in Hillary’s and total democrat party loss for years to come.
Was a deal struck for one 0b0z0 term? I personally don’t think he’ll run in ‘12.
When I look at Wisconsin today and see the violence of the union thugs... yes I do think that certain segments would... and obama would order the Military to kill us in a heartbeat... all he needs is the right event and excuse to do so.

There has long been a mix of professors at Notre Dame, since the men selected to lead the University went off the rails.
Charles E. Rice has always been one of the good ones: a faithful Catholic, a real philosopher, a man who is not afraid to speak the truth.
There are a variety of objections to his argument on this thread, but none of them make much sense. We can disagree about the details, but it would certainly be within the authority of the House to open an investigation as to whether Obama is qualified.
As with all such investigations, there are good and sufficient reasons for suspiction that a crime has been committed. But they should investigate without presuppositions. The most obvious thing is to subpoena Obama’s relevant records: birth certificate, passports, State Department Records, college records, social security records, and so forth.
If it turns out (as is likely) that they have all disappeared, then that says a lot in itself. There might have been a fire or flood in Hawaii, but it begs coincidence that all the records have disappeared at the State Department, Occidental College, Columbia, and Harvard.
I say, go to it. Set up an investigative committee in the house. And make sure it isn’t stacked against the Republicans who run the House, the way Bush weakly let his enemies stack the 9/1l Commission against him.
Even if the House found that he was ineligible, he wouldn’t leave office. Even if he was impeached and removed, he wouldn’t leave office. He has already demonstrated that U. S. laws and court rulings mean nothing to him.

It’s my understanding that impeachment is reserved for legitimate holders of office. As a usurper, he in not entitled to the rights and privileges of the office of President. What he is absolutely entitled to is a prison cell!

I understand that there is a Prof. Swain at Vanderbilt Univ. School of Law who at one point had mentioned wanting to see BO's birth certificate. She is a younger professor, not retired, not emeritus.

He is probably using this piece of partisan propaganda to come to his decision. This document was AFAIK distributed to all reps/ senators by the government.
