I am sorry. I have been following this for some time and I have never yet seen any suggestion that it be pursued anywhere other than the courts. It seems like a good idea to me, (given the supreme court dead ends) with the proviso that I have yet to hear a Republican rep speak with any real knowledge on the issue. They would need to get a lot more informed.

There’s ‘enemies’ and then there are enemies.
Dims are the latter, not the former. They are the ones who are stealing from the treasury who campaign against the war effort, the ‘Copperheads’.
The ‘enemies’ are the folks of the South who believe in the same things you do but end up on the other side of the line. Same with the Loyalists who believed in their duty to support King and country.

If Republicans take control of the House, there is "not a chance at this point" that they will try to impeach President Obama, a top Republican lawmaker said this week.
Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who would helm the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee if the GOP wins on Election Day, said that his party will not try to bring impeachment charges simply because it disagrees with the president.

I thought the Professor was suggesting something a little more damaging than impeachment. I mean, Bill Clinton was impeached, and for all the work that went into it, the end result was pretty lame.
I would have thought that if Obama is proved, by means of this investigative committee, to have committed deliberate fraud in respect of his birth place and his eligibility, he would be facing something more serious than impeachment. Like jail time.

I doubt it, too. Thought I read that Issa said he wouldn’t investigate. Our rep. (Jeff Flake) is a McCain clone and has repeatedly said that B0 is eligible in responses to my emails.
There are two schools of thought here :
1- The RATs are pushing the Republicans into a trap. If they investigate, it will get them in trouble as happened in Klintoon's impeachment or the threat of Black/Communists/union riots.
2- To allow 0h0m0llah to rule for the rest of his term and that is allowing a continuation of the biggest fraud in history, which will split the Republicans come the '12 election.
The destruction of the country on daily basis has to be prevented ASAP. IMO, saving the country is paramount; therefore, I vote for #1.
Any riots and accusations of racism will happen no matter what we do or don't. Case in point, we have lib/communist/union riots and screams of racism already for other reasons and I'm afraid this will be the new way of life. If they want to riot to protect 0b0z0, so be it!
Let’s walk into the “trap” and legally get rid of the usurper who deserves to be in the Big House NOT the White House!
Whomever else is involved must be exposed, prosecuted, and doing life in Federal prison. IMPOSSIBLE there aren’t people who have the evidence and know who participated in this plot.
