"A solution will come from the states who at the end of the day control who appears on ballots in their states."

Does anyone know how many states have passed (or pending) legislation requiring proof of eligibility in order to appear on the ballot? This may be the easiest way to get rid of the Commie-in-Chief, although a lot of damage can be done in two more years.

“There is no information that establishes with authority who he is and where he comes from. None. “

and

“the real message is that he is obviously ineligible and everyone, democrat and republican is too scared to announce the truth.”

Therein lies the real issue, the “powers that be” know full well he is ineligible. If he were exposed as such now (in their minds) it would present a Constitutional crises like we have never seen. Obama and his minions would never admit defeat, screams of racism, etc. As Supreme Commander of the military where would that lead us? Would the military follow Obama (as many top Generals are now squishy leftists) or would they protect the liberty and freedom of the people and the rule of law? So, far the Rule of Law has been run over by this administration and all I here is crickets...................

Even if the House found that he was ineligible, he wouldn’t leave office. Even if he was impeached and removed, he wouldn’t leave office. He has already demonstrated that U. S. laws and court rulings mean nothing to him.

If the shoe were on the other foot I think the Democrat Party would be shouting from the rafters in unison.

They did regarding McCain.

It would only take one member of the House or Senate to start an investigatuion into Obama’s eligibility to start the ball rolling.

It is herd to believe that not one member cares enough to do this.

There are half a dozen or so considering it but I'm not aware of any who have passed such a law.

Pelosi had to validate obama.

Maybe she took the attitude of “Hey, just get the guy elected then we will find out just who he is”
Like all the multiple thousand page bills she allowed to pass in the house.

If we do not press them, they will do nothing.

And, if past is prologue, if we DO press them, they will do even less!

However, I am expecting professor emeritus Rice to be a frequent guest on all the lamestreams for an entire news cycle. (((crickets)))

The American people do not know whether the current President achieved election by misrepresenting, innocently or by fraud, his eligibility for that office.

If he didn't before, then he certainly knew it after signing SR511 when he agreed that NBC was TWO AMERICAN CITIZEN PARENTS.

Obama is a fraud. Let’s lead him from the White House in handcuffs and jail him.

Amen!

The Professor is saying that the House of Representatives has the power to conduct an investigation so let’s get the damn hell on with it. Get this legal opinion out to every Republican rep out there, and let’s hassle them until they do something.

They may have the power but they won't do it. Just like the Supremes are "evading" the issue. The GOP (aka the current House) didn't want this administration and did everything it could, including have that nitwit McIdiot pimp for the usurper, NOT to win this administration.

When you ask the Moderator to correct the heading you might use the word “Emeritus” instead of simply ‘retired’ because that honorific isn’t given to every retired professor.

Congress most certainly does have the power and the responsilibilty to ascertain the eligibility of the President. However the chances of them doing it are about like the chances my dog will lay an egg. If the SCOTUS is afraid of it you know politicians won’t touch it.

Now, Charles E. Rice, professor emeritus at Notre Dame Law School (retired) argues that it’s “time for a new approach” on the eligibility controversy...... A committee of the House of Representatives could be authorized to conduct an investigation into the eligibility issue. (truebluenz.wordpress.com )

Having the House of Representatives investigate isn't a new idea. Freepers have been calling for this action for a very long time.
