CBS anchor Katie Couric believes a “Muslim version of ‘The Cosby Show’” could open the eyes of Americans and perhaps put an end to all the ”seething hatred many people feel towards all Muslims.”

katie should take the hint and leave the business. She’s beyond being taken seriously anymore. I think she likes to be outrageous and that way she can garner attention to herself. Anywone watching her is welcome to her. We haven’t watched her in years...she’s a phony.

In other words, an uppity female who expresses opinions on TV, running afoul of Sharia law, thus she gets buried up to her armpits in the ground + stoned to death by a bunch of smelly mohammeds chanting about the evils of bacon.

I think in the big picture, the concept of a "moderate muslim" is as imaginary as a "kindly pedophile."
Their is nothing stopping Katie Couric from investing her own millions into such a television series. As the former fiance of the executive producer of The Cosby Show (Tom Werner), she has had every opportunity to do so.
But she, like most liberals, would only like these kinds of things done with OTHER people’s money.

I like some of the plot ideas and recurring themes;
Like the father trying to honor kill his too westernized daughter only to have her outsmart him and survive. Each week can be a new wacky attempt and escape.
