While I am NOT siding with TSA,by any means, I think a response like this is a bit out of touch with reality; I have been reading these stories about these workers; some have been rude, careless, however, they aren’t grabbing people off the streets and ‘molesting’ them. The parents and this boy were at AN AIRPORT where, unless they were living under a rock for the past few years, know what will happen when they get there. They knew it was a possibility, as do all people that go to an airport. I seriously doubt anybody will get anywhere with a ‘molestation’ charge, especially if the ‘molestation’ is done out in the open, and they are doing their job, as crazy as that is. I say ‘molestation’ wit the quotations because it’s a PAT DOWN, they aren’t rubbing one out in the screening area like it’s hyped up to be. I know it sounds like I’m on their side, and maybe I’ll get blasted for this, but what I’m trying to say is, everybody KNOWS this going in, and YOU may be subjected to it; if you have a problem with it, DO NOT FLY. Problem solved.
I personally think they should profile. Kids? Really?

I beg to differ. I had no idea that TSA screening had devolved to sexual assault when I bought my tickets for Hawaii over a month ago. Everybody did not know!

Secondly, simply because some fed agency says its entitled to sexually assault me doesn’t make it true or legal. The TSA can quote no law giving them the right to sexually assault people. Calling sexual assault airport security screening is like calling a Marxist a progressive. Or, it’s like calling rape rough sex.

But let’s take this to its logical extension. We know terrorists are planning and practicing to put bombs in people’s body cavities. When they successfully kill some innocents this way, I suppose it would be alright with you if some TSA pervert had the power to shove a finger up your ass or some Nun’s vagina.

Oh, and at the same time TSA gives Muslims a pass because these “enhanced” procedures are offensive to them. I mean, these are the people who’ve vowed to kill or enslave Christians/Jews and rape our women. Do you really believe that sexually assaulting white Christians/Jews is making air travel any safer?

By the way, the reason I’m going to Hawaii is to see my soldier son before he’s deployed into harm’s way for the fifth time. I will not submit to sexual assault when I travel, with my wife, in January. If I do not submit they will not let me on the airplane. If I don’t fly, the airline will not return my fare. Because I feel strongly about this criminal intrusion into my privacy I will not be able to fly until this clearly illegal practice is voided. And if something happens to my son and I missed my opportunity to say goodbye someone will pay.

You, my friend, are drinking the Marxist koolade.

I was at an BOS end of last week picking up a relative and the exit from the terminal area is not too far from the security screen entrance. I will be honest with you pat downs were not visible because their hands were wide open and running all over the passenger's bodies, trust me when I tell you if my wife or older daughter get touched by anyone in that manner someone is going to get back handed and not by me. I disagree with your assessment regarding molestation charges. I was speaking to a local attorney this weekend who doesnt handle these cases but shared with me that you can expect cases within 2 weeks. If they find one bad back ground on one TSA agent that will be grounds for massive lawsuits against agents, even if they are indemnified.

"I am NOT siding with TSA"

Yes, you are.

"everybody KNOWS this going in"

That doesn't make it OK.

if you have a problem with it, DO NOT FLY

That is exactly the control and response they want.

Are you sure this is the complacent path you want to take?
