I don't really think Minnesota gave us this moron. I think he stole it by going to court so many and getting favorable rulings from idiot judges (just like CA judges!)

I know they are a liberal state but the judge threw out the military vote (IIRC) among other votes. Pretty hard to know if it was close or not. These people lie.
