Rep. Peter King made a salient point this morning on Fox News. What about freedom to worship? King got it exactly right–people are free to worship however they choose. Mosques, however have created problems for themselves.
King correctly pointed out the large number of mosques in New York that have been linked to terrorism and have to be monitored by the government.
Before granting the American Society for Muslim Advancement and the Cordoba Institute the privilege of building a macabre monument to Islam at the site where 3000 innocents were slaughtered by Muslim terrorists, Rep. King wants to ensure that none of the $100 million for this monstrous project is coming from people who want to kills us all.
Someone’s boss - aka Saudi Arabia. They pay for all for all of them in the West. It is invasion and conquest.
Huh? Isn’t it the muzzies who want to kill us?
And given the fact that mosques in N.Y. have been linked to so many terrorists, how about shutting them down first?
“Stimulus” money?
King wouldn’t be going forth with such a mundane
strategy unless he KNEW where the money was coming from,
and what a process it will be to uncover the deep dark sources of funding.
However , it’ll take a lot more strenuous digging to find
the ultimate links and associations as they extend beyond
the ‘safer’ ones put out there for public consumption.
Another thing that would stop another form of insanity dead in its tracks would be to agree to amnesty for 12 Million illegals as long as they couldn’t vote for four or five election cycles. Hell, even two would probably do it.
See how excited the Lefties will then be about amnesty.
a new, functioning Christian church .......................... Make that a Cathedral. While we are at it, how about a Christ over Rio de Genaro statue over looking Dome of the Rock. Comply with that and we’ll OK your huge Mosque. That’s fair.
If the mosque is built, it then needs to be hit with a pig filled passenger jet.
Why do we continue to ask these stupid questions? It’s our dear friends the Saudis of course who pay for the mosques as a gesture of friendship so that they won’t have to be build using taxpayer’s money.

The first Muslims came to America in 1895 and settled in Iowa. The first mosque built was in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

I would like to know who is contracted to build it. If it is an American company, then they are traitors to this nation and an insult to the memory of those who died on 9-11!
Here’s an opportunity to see where the unions stand. Will they shape up for the jobs, or will they block building?
I’d expect the unions to come down on the side that does the most damage to America.
