As Rahm Emanuel continues to troll around the showers of the Congressional Gymnasium to pick up votes for the President's health care bill, the American voters are continuing to voice their concerns about the affect of the legislation on America.
According to the latest Rasmussen poll the vast majority of Americans (57%) feel that Obamacare will hurt the economy. Only 25% say it will hurt the economy, seven percent (7%) say it will have no impact.

Well I guess I’m going to have to start going to India for my medical treatments. The public hospitals there are horrible but for the private ones the exchange rate isn’t terrible right now.
That is only one of the many onerous reasons for this monstrosity.
It will screw the economy - for good.

Here’s a question— if Rahm is a former House member and now works in the White House, why is he in the showers at the House? Aren’t there any rules about this?

Obama/Pelosi/Reid don’t care about what people want. They think we are too stupid to know what’s good for us.
It will screw up the economy and the quality of our heath care. We shouldn’t expect anything less from an administration that’s out to screw us.
Tht 57% is right and I suspect if they would’ve asked a large pool of people the percentage would’ve rose. People know that many will lose their jobs, part time will disappear, and if people have to pay more in taxes they won’t have as much to spend. Economics 101!

Much of the talk following Obama’s announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the “fixer” bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.
