I have always firmly believed that stupidity should be painful. Hopefully the dumb@ss will learn a lesson. I doubt it but there is always hope.

This judge has been bought paid for by BO’s henchmen. Hopefully she won’t let this fool deter her.

Getting to the truth is hard enough ... having an arrogant psychotic representing the Birthers makes a difficult position nearly impossible.
Why can’t we get an educated, well-spoken, respected, reasonable and sane lawyer to pick the case up?

Probably because the case has no merit.

"is breathtaking in its arrogance and borders on delusional."Could also be said of those that have spent no inconsiderable amount of money and time these past months to make sure the unvarnished truth, whatever it is, about 0's birth doesn't get out.

Thanks to her "
frivolous arguments and disrespectful personal attacks" in court
followed by this:
Taitz's most recent court filing, meant to defend herself against sanctions, "is breathtaking in its arrogance and borders on delusional."
Is the court going to fine itself $20,000?

... having an arrogant psychotic representing the Birthers makes a difficult position nearly impossible.I am not sure about Orly Taitz, but the other lawyer I do know of in this situation is Phillip Berg, a former Hillary supporter. I wonder of Taitz is of a similar political persuasion.

Stupid like a fox is more like it. Now she's entitled to the discovery items in order to defend herself in the appellate courts. If Obama is a NBC, then they will give up the BC and other documents. IF not then watch how fast the judge rethinks his ruling and drops the matter. The difference now is even if he drops the fine, she's still entitled to go foreword to clear her name.
To: theruleshavechanged
This could be great news! Now that she has been sanctioned under Rule 11, she should be entitled to Rule 11 Discovery.
Now that she is entitled to discovery - let us all see the long form!

To: waynesa98
No, she isn't.
The sanction does not reopen the original case. It is driven by her subsequent conduct, which is obviously indefensible to any competent lawyer. The idea that sanctions are a route to getting Obama’s birth certificate is simply an urban legend perpetrated on these threads.
