I'm not sure what the problem is. Send an old boat down to Guantanamo. Put all the prisoners on the boat. Tow it out to sea and use it for live fire exercises.

The benefits include:

1. Obama keeps his promise to close Guantanamo.
2. Navy gunner training.
3. Creating an artificial Reef.
4. Feeding the Sharks that would normally go after the Cuban refugees fleeing their Communist Homeland for the new Socialist Homeland of the ObamaNation.
