I won’t dignify your stereotyping of servicemen from a particular state with a retort, other than, I am glad I never met anyone like you in MY Marine Corps.
Obviously, you never worked with the Arkansas Guard or Reserves..besides, you did 4 yrs in the USMCR, why not the 6? There were no 4 yr enllistments for reservists, only 6. I know, I did Recruiters Aide out of bootcamp in 1986 and during my senior year of high school, literaly lived at the recruiting station learning about the Corps.
Though you were a Marine, you were a reservist, part-time...big differance, you don't get the true full value of Marine Active Duty, Hollywood.
