Who litters like this?

"Leave no trace."
The aftermath of a disaster.
LOL. I think they all took the brown acid.
The debris consists mostly of paper and plastic water bottles, newspapers, food wrappers and even American flags on the grounds of the National Mall.
Inaugural Clean Up
Obama should call them all back to come clean this mess up.
This one picture is so symbolic of the Obama administration. They will leave nothing but trash and ugliness in their wake. I am heartsick.
FWIW, there is also not a trash receptacle in sight (that I can see) as trash cans can be viewed as a security (bomb) risk at such a gathering.
Whilst it IS self-gratifying to label these folks as slobs, have you ever seen a college stadium after a game? Or the NASCAR stands (and infield) after a race.
Now I will grant you that the Democrat Party convention generated more on-the-ground trash than the Pubbies convention (per news reports and blogs), but I am not sure we can firmly attach this littering behaviour to one party or another — more so we can attach the behaviour to those who feel entitled.
The problem *is* culturally pervasive, exacerbated by a common lack of trash cans.
p.s. If you’ve ever been there, try to find a trash can in Paris, France! (but they have folks whose full-time job is litter pick up and curb-washing.)
Ya’ll are so negative. You see litter - the Democrats see potential employment opportunites in the “make-work” economic strategies of the new President. They’ll continue to have rallies. Participants will make a mess. The taxpayers will pay people to clean up. Then we have more rallies to celebrate the new jobs created.
Just to be a bit crass ...
Base on observed roadside behaviour, and ‘crowd’ behaviour at the old freaknik and jazz festivals here in Atlanta, I’d guess there is considerable human liquid waste on the ground as well.
Too inconvenient to find one of the 5000 porta-jons serving 1,000,000 people ya know.
Pigeons galore along with the litter;

That’s no excuse. You bag it until you find a trash can. If I was director of the park I would leave it awhile for Congress to enjoy.
If they brought it in, they can darn well take it back out again.
One more thought ...
I think the news reports have been sanitized of any ‘DISS-agreements in the crowd.
Not one fight? No one pi$$ed that Jahroam and his buds wouldn’t shut up so others could hear? No pickpockets?
ahem ...
You got it. These people voted against personal responsibility. That’s the change they can believe in. Their hope is that someones else will take care of them and clean up the mess of their lives. No hypocrisy here.
When I think about it, drilling for oil does less harm to the environment than inaugurating a leftist.
Oh I agree there’s no excuse. I was just pointing out a likely fact.
Disneyworld/land, Busch Gardens, Six Flags seem to have trash cans every 20 feet. They also have crews of sweepers constantly cleaning in the park. There’s a difference in the ‘owners’ and the clientele.
They came there without a personal expectation that THEY should be responsible for their trash. The government will clean up their mess.
Worthless Democrap Sheep, or the 52.7% of voters that are brain dead parasites who voted for Fuhrer Obama
If the economy is soooooo bad...how did all those people afford a trip to Washington.
At least the homeless were moved out to the suburbs so they wouldn’t have to witness this.
