The colorful former Mayor of San Francisco (no need to add the "D" here) and Speaker of the California State Assembly is spot on.
The Democrats are in trouble. Sarah Palin has totally changed the dynamics of this campaign.Period.
Palin's speech to the GOP National Convention on Wednesday has set it up so that the Republicans are now on offense and Democrats are on defense. And we don't do well on defense.
Suddenly, Palin and John McCain are the mavericks and Barack Obama and Joe Biden are the status quo, in a year when you don't want to be seen as defending the status quo.
From taxes to oil drilling, Democrats are now going to have to start explaining their positions.
Whenever you start having to explain things, you're on defense.
I actually went back and watched Palin's speech a second time. I didn't go to sleep until 1:30 a.m. I had to make sure I got the lines right.
Her timing was exquisite. She didn't linger with applause, but instead launched into line after line of attack, slipping the knives in with every smile and joke.

This past week, Obama reminds me of the “Roger Rabbit” cartoon where he’s inflated by a vacuum cleaner and then zips around the room banging into things as he deflates.
If and when the fights are/is (and even during :-) over she is off to go fishing, to hunt, to enjoy life and her family.
She is not like Obama. She does not need to be let out of the glare to shine brighter. She shines bright in the fight and after it is over. She is the real deal and has a solid foundation that we can rely on. Even the liberals, which are also American see this and it scares the poo out of them. Especially since their candidate rely on illusion--Sarah is what she says she is and there is no mistaking that.
After finding out that the teleprompter was not working right for both Rudy and Sarah the other night, I ran across a video clip of BO fumbling all over himself when his teleprompter went haywire. He finally quit jumbling his words. ROTHLMAO!!!
You know what the behavior by liberals this past week reminds me of? Ever been to a zoo and seen a pack of howler monkeys go into one of their fits?

LOL this is too funny... Because Sarah Palin is exactly the CHANGE that Obama has been talking about... She defines the right change for America at this period in History. Obama says he is change but what can he do with a Complete Marxist Socialis Agenda... That is not change that America wants ... Sarah Palin is the change that Washington Needs and Thank God that John McCain has give Conservatism the Future.

LOL! Our city, Greenville SC, has a very nice little zoo and we took our precious granddaughter there for a visit a couple weeks ago. There were two small gorilla types (don't remember which, although their throats swell up real big when they're hemmin'-n-hollerin') that were carrying on hysterically...before we actually saw them, you could hear them all over the place. You would have thought there were an entire army of apes, for all the noise they were making. Kind of like libs...only takes a few to make a whole lot of fuss!
