How does ‘getting rid’ of stuff help the Dems They have reported the dem vote numbers and won’t want them to decrease. They have also reported the Pubbie numbers and can hardly decrease them at this stage. Other stuff like connection to the interweb is a physical fact, and is probably recorded in the machine’s User Manual as well as being a chunk of hardware in the machine. Getting hold of the actual paper ballots will be very revealing. Nil Desperandum.
