Saw the video. The title was right, it was an execution. No excuses, anyone in the military that did this would be brought up on charges.

And you will too, if you take the time to look at the video. I live in Phoenix. I have no doubt this officer, who was job-evaluated with an inferior performance rating, simply executed this guy. The investigator said that he saw no reason why the suspect simply couldn't have been handcuffed.
