I think we are talking about 1703. But after the rollback, all I see are updates for the version I’m running, which is 1607. Also, the push shows up as repeated re-istallations of KB4049411 and KB 4033631. At least a half-dozen times.

You need to delete those repeated installs before doing another update install.

In none of the above-given solution works for you then perform a clean boot in Windows 10
Follow the steps to do so:
• In the Windows Search > type msconfig.
• Right-click System Configuration > select to Run as Administrator.
• Now, go to Services tab > check Hide all Microsoft services box.
• And click on Disable All > Apply.
• Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager.
• Separately disable entire Startup programs.
• And lastly, restart your PC/laptop
