Correct you are. The one I was referencing was 1703, the last update. 1709 is a forced update that - yep, 16299.64 - it's the one I'm downloading now. Verrry Slooowly.

This is simply out of control. Microsoft needs to clean up its QA badly, really, really badly.

and all these days I STILL can’t download it..I keep on checking for new updates and it shows me none are available but when I go to update history it shows that one failed. Its the only one that has ever failed on me not sure why..and not sure why for an Intel PC(Mine is a Dell) it would download an AMD64 update its the wrong update
