According to the Guardian, in 2016 Black women earn 19% less than white woman, that’s a 13% increase in the wage gap from 1979 – that’s right. It’s getting worse.

And the reason it got worse is that certain parties stopped working diligently and started emitting toxic attitude the minute Obama got elected. At that point, their queenitude overwhelmied any other consideration, including common courtesy, not even to mention actual productivity. No matter what their white collegaues did, said, or felt, it was all racist if it inconvenienced, challenged or even mildly confused an employee of color.
