Stop this crap. We are forced to give a dollar to the feds to give us back ten cents. Why must an unconstitutional administrative agency even exist? Wait, I forgot, to further its own existence and employ bureaucrats--the ones responsible for the other 90 cents. Enough!!!! Abolish the EPA. Pruitt, START NOW!

Pruitt is the new administrator, yes?
My guess is...this grant was already well through the EPA pipeline, "spent money", if you will, and it might as well be directed to Cache Valley as anywhere else.
At least, I hope this didn't just come through as a new expenditure/grant under the new administration.

This is like throwing money into the wind because the wind is going to blow away any pollution.

...to reduce air pollution caused by wood stoves...Only two ways to reduce air pollution caused by wood smoke; put a big fan on a nearby mountain to blow the smoke into the next county or regulate wood stoves so much that they are almost ineffective in freezing temperatures. Which do you think will happen?
