Never did get a satisfactory reason why they had to tear the entire old school building down. It wasn’t THAT old that it couldn’t have been completely repaired.
Now there’s a brand new building with no wounds from the past...but it is STILL Sandy Hook Elementary School in the same location.
Weird story from the very beginning that some FReepers today continue to believe as a true narrative.

Anyway, the city should of turned the location into a park with a monument and built a new school in different location. It akin to building a mall on a cemetery, not cool.

I thought it was originally in Newtown—?
